Weight Loss Doesn't Happen Overnight

Weight loss doesn't happen overnight. Be patient
and don't try to rush things. When you lost
weight slowly, you have a much better chance of
keeping it off. Don't try to lose it all at once.
You should not lose more than two pounds a week.
Any more and you will have a tendency to be
flabby. Statistics show that keeping the weight
off is easier than taking it off.

You can probably find many other things that you
do daily that can be modified to help you lose
weight and get in shape. Get creative and get out
there!
