Dos And Do Nots Of Weight Loss

Don't head straight for the kitchen when you get
home from work or school.
Wait at least 20 minutes before you wander into
the kitchen when you get home from school or
work. Do something else first like change your
clothes, call a friend, water the flowers or go
for a walk. This will help to keep you from
eating irresponsibly as well as reduce your
stress.

5. Eat snacks during the day.
Snacking is OK; it is often choices of snacks
that are detrimental to effective weight loss.
Choose nutritious snacks like fresh fruit, raw
vegetables with fat free dip and other fun,
healthy snacks to keep your energy level up, your
metabolism even and to ward off hunger.
